Billing

For all patients with health insurance and those without insurance, we ask that you pay for your visit at the time of service. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also use Health Savings Account debit cards as our services qualify for HSAs. 

All New Patients have a 90-minute comprehensive holistic health evaluation. Return visits are shorter than initial visits and are billed based on time and complexity. We offer a 15% discount for seniors (age 60+) on all consultations. Insurance

Many insurance companies, flex plans, and health savings accounts will cover visits with us as Out of Network Providers. You will need to contact your insurance provider and specifically ask them if they provide coverage for Naturopathic Medicine or for Out of Network Physician Providers. We can provide a receipt, also called a “superbill," including necessary codes and information for reimbursement for those who wish to submit for having seen an Out of Network Provider.
