My philosophy
Dr. Celeste’s approach to medicine is informed by her belief that the body has an inherent ability to heal itself, and a physician has the honor of serving as a partner in the healing journey. The naturopathic principle that resonates with her most deeply is Docere – doctor as teacher. She strives to provide the knowledge needed to achieve optimal wellness, which can be practiced in everyday life. She provides nutritional counseling, vaccine counseling, acute and well pediatric care, and treats a wide range of conditions related to women’s health, mental health, gastrointestinal health, and metabolic health.
She primarily utilizes nutrition and lifestyle changes, botanical medicines, and homeopathy to restore health, with the goal of building vitality from a foundational level to create lasting results.
Dr. Celeste believes the pursuit of health ultimately gives way to the opportunity to pursue purpose and meaning in one’s life when feeling well, allowing us to leave the world better than we found it. She has a particular passion for serving families in her practice, from preparing to grow your family and treating hormonal imbalances to pediatrics, from birth through adulthood. Dr. Celeste is a firm believer that natural medicine can be accessible and easy to implement.
